The house is located right in the heart of the Sabinares del Arlanza Natural Park, making it the perfect place to escape the noise of the city and enjoy the peace and quiet, fresh air, and rural landscapes. The house is just a few kilometres from Santo Domingo de Silos, the Yecla Gorge, Covarrubias, Lerma, Caleruega, the San Hill Cemetery, and the Roman ruins of Clunia, among other attractions.

The house is very comfortable; on a single floor, with 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom—fully equipped.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a blender, toaster, and Italian coffee maker. The living room is spacious, with a sleeper sofa and a 65-inch TV with free Netflix and Prime.
