Sem wifi no quarto e apenas 3 canais de tv

De um modo geral o hotel foi satisfatório, mas o wifi do quarto não funcionou e a tv tinha apenas 3 canais. Chegamos ao hotel as 11h e o check in era apenas as 15h, só foi disponibilizado pelo hotel um espaço para q nós pudéssemos sentar. Não permitiram q guardassemos as malas para q pudéssemos sair para almoçar; isso foi bem desagradável. Como ponto positivo a camareira foi excelente! Deixou nosso quarto bem limpo todos os dias! A cama era bem confortável, a vista é excelente!

DECEPÇÃO

Infelizmente nossas reservas durante nossa viagem ao Chile, através do site, foram desastrosas, essa segunda reserva também não estava disponível. Na recepção do prédio, não existia nenhuma reserva em nosso nome e tampouco qualquer telefone de contato com Flat, informaram que a administração é confiável, mas não tinha reserva em nosso nome. Felizmente conseguimos ficar em outro Flat, mas pagando bem mais caro. O atendimento ao cliente do Hoteis.com não aceita ligação de Skype, tentamos através de e-mail mas também não obtivemos retorno. Hoje entramos em contato e estamos no aguardo do estorno da cobrança da diária, a qual se deu em nosso cartão. O Hoteis.com nos ofereceu um voucher para cobrir parte do prejuízo financeiro causado, mais infelizmente o tempo perdido e o desgaste ocasionado, não tem como ser pago. Não conhecemos o flat, então não podemos avaliar as acomodações.

Clean and easy ccess

Overall the facility was good, easy to get to, very accessible, centrally located, the bed pillows were a little uncomfortable, and the kitchen eating area stools were falling apart and extremely uncomfortable.
