"We loved this little hotel. It’s hidden away but once inside it is neat and tidy with a nice pool out the back. The owners were lovely and breakfast was included with delicious homemade cake and fresh juice. It’s a good stop over on the way to or from Lisbon. "

The rural setting of the hotel has the beach, Roman archaeological sites and other places to visit within 30 minutes of the hotel. The food was awesome. Joan and team prepare and serve extravagant meals bursting with flavor. You can't possibly go hungry."

"The staff was very nice, the breakfast is very varied and well served, the rooms are clean and the pool is great. The downside is maintenance. The room we were in had 2 TVs one worked fine the other said “weak signal” not a single channel. Above said TV there was a lamp that, die to some missing screws, was leaning agaist the TV set. Outside, in the playground for the mids, they have a slide, which is great, but the base for sitting was broken on the ground next to it.. with the proper care it...
