First of all, the disrespect began when, early in the morning on the day of check-in, we received an email from the hotel saying that they could not accommodate us and that we would be sent to another hotel in the same chain, the Brezza Hotel. "Not good,dirty carpet,safe not working,TV not working.Was told would be sorted by manager but wasn't.Wifi not working in room on second floor Staff unable to understand English or Italian and a toilet located within a shower cubicle, come on I'm on holiday not in prison! Manager arrogant and unhelpful, I had an early flight so had to leave before breakfast start by 10 minutes so asked staff if it was ok to make sandwich to take with me, the girl said ok no problem then manager explained...

"Nice hôtel, really welcoming. The room had air conditioning which was really nice. The bathroom was small but the shower didn’t have walls. So went we showered all the bathroom was wet. The breakfast was good but we find 10 euros excessive for the diversity of the products."

"This is an unusual property full of artifacts in every corner. The room was like walking back in time. Every wall covered in art and antique mirrors with a white irin bed but very comfortable. Due to all the small valuable items I wouldn’t recommend going with toddlers! A pool was a bonus as it was height of summer"
