Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip bedding on used beds and collect in pile at the foot of the bed. Do not take off white mattress protector. Pile up used towels in the laundry room.
Take out trash to the green trash bins sitting on the gravel on the side of the house.
When you check out make sure the stove is turned off, all faucets (taps) are shut off. Lights are off. Do not turn off fire place. Lock door behind you by pressing the lock button on the key pad
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No shoes or food on carpeted areas (top floor) No pets No smoking Breaking these house rules will result in an additional 500$ per night surcharge.
No loud music or loud parties
If the house is left overly dirty there will be an additional cleaning fee charged on top of the standard 100$ cleaning fee.
