Villa "Luna" with Sea View, Pool, A/C, Terraces & Garden

The recently renovated Villa Luna is located in a quiet residential area near Cala d'Or. Spread over two floors, the luxurious villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a fireplace and a television. A baby bed and a highchair can be provided upon request. Please note that the open fireplace cannot be used.

The property features a large garden with seating furniture and a private pool. There is also both a covered and an open terrace where guests can relax on the cama balinesa with a refreshing drink while enjoying the stunning views. There is even a grill for preparing delicious meals outside!

Despite the peaceful location of the property, all the essentials are just a short walk or drive away. The nearest restaurant is just 7 minutes away on foot (600 m) and the nearest supermarket is a 9-minute walk away (750 m). A large selection of bars, restaurants and cafes can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. Family break

Great location, Great views. Pool was excellent. Layout worked for family with grandparents who could stay upstairs in self contained area. Villa itself was a little tired and could do with some updating/fresh paint etc. Kitchen and bathroom fittings could be updated. The kitchen lacked some utensils and the basic crockery would not have facilitated 6 adult guests. Would recommend this villa with updated features. Mariela was very helpful and accommodating and could not do more to ensure the stay was good.

Wonderful vacation home, we did four nights with a group of six and were quite comfortable. Pool and outdoor spaces are amazing, medium distance walk to Cala D’or and Portopetro. Would recommend!

The setting was great being quiet but close enough to places like the marina. The host was excellent and always around to answer questions. We loved the property, particularly its layout and the gardens, dominated by the pool. This was in many ways our hub during our stay. Certain features of the villa were dated - bathroom fittings although the downstairs toilet was well appointed.

Fantastic holiday

This villa is wonderful and has an amazing pool and several lovely outdoor areas and terraces. Fantastic views from the roof terrace where my astronomer husband spent many a night viewing the Milky Way. Short walk into Cala Egos’ main area for bars and restaurants and quick taxi ride or drive to Cala D’Or and the Marina. Cannot wait to return!

Pretty villa with a good location

A pretty villa with a lovely pool and outdoor patio and other terraces. 2 bedrooms in the main area with a third with its own entrance. Walking distance to Cala Egos (steps to an entrance to a swimming area away from the main beach area and walkng distance to the main beach. ) Also an easy drive to other beaches and the town of Cala D'or Check in and out was easy and the host is very responsive. The villa does need a little TLC, the umbrella by the pool was broken (although admittedly we did not tell the host until we were leaving so they may have come to fix is sooner) and we did find some of the extra blankets to be dirty and the bathroom fixtures could use a little cleaning. Also the main sitting area and kitchen does not have AC, although all the bedrooms do, so if it's really hot (like it was during our stay) you need to blast the AC in the bedrooms and leave the bedroom doors open to cool off that area. Overall a lovely place to stay even with the small issues.

Pros: Pool super! Lage gut, schön privat! Hausverwalterin Mariela ist super und immer gleich da, wenn was ist!! Cons: Grundstück leider mit viel Müll, Zimmer zum Teil mit Schimmel an den Decken. Inhaber könnten Haus ein wenig besser pflegen.

Das Haus befindet sich zentral und dennoch in einer sehr ruhigen Lage.

Pros: Die Dachterrasse hat einen sehr weite Sicht auf die nahegelegenen Städte. Die Besitzerin war super nett sowohl beim Check-In als auch beim Check-Out. Der Pool war sehr gut gereinigt und hatte die optimale Größe. Cons: Aufgrund des salzhaltigen Leitungswassers, sind die Gegenstände wie Beispielsweise Spiegel, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sehr korrosiert. Hier wäre ein Honweis seitens der Plattform hilfreich.

Het was echt in een woord geweldig!!

Pros: Het huis was echt zo mooi. Super opgeruimd en schoon, de host was echt super super lief. We werden echt zo lief ontvangen. Het huis ligt echt op de perfecte locatie, het is daar zo mooi dat uitzicht ook, en lekker rustig maar op 10minuurjes lopen heb je wel restaurantjes en winkeltjes en je hebt van alles te doen. Ik en mijn 5 vriendinnen zouden dit huis echt aan iedereen aanraden. Wij hebben zo genoten met zijn 6e. Cons: -

Großzügig und Gemütlich!!

Alles war perfekt. Vom Check in bis zum Check out. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das Haus hat wunderbare Terrassen mit Aussicht und sanftem Meerrauschen. Die Lage ist grossartig. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Pros: Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr herzlich, hat alles gut geklappt, Danke Sylvia. Die Villa ist hell und freundlich, in einer Toplage mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist ideal um Abends zu entspannen. Der Pool ist groß und den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Der Aussenbereich war teilweise nicht gepflegt und die Möbel sind von minderwertiger Qualität.
