Finca Torrent de J'ai is located on the edge of the large Cala Mondrago Nature Reserve. The famous bay, with its fine sandy beach and turquoise waters, is about 1.3 km away. This is where nature lovers, families, and the coast’s high society come together. If you’re watching your household budget, you should bring your own meals, as the beach bars are quite expensive. In the adjacent pine forest, which features a playground, there are shaded wooden tables available for a picnic. The charming fishing village of Porto Petro is 4 km away. A lively promenade invites you to stroll, and small restaurants offer seafood and traditional Spanish paella. In Alqueria Blanca (2.5 km), a typical Mallorcan village, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and cafés. Highly recommended is a visit to the weekly market in Santanyi. Here, you’ll mainly find locals on Saturdays. The atmosphere of this small town and the colourful market activity are not to be missed.
The finca consists of two separate houses, making it ideal for large families and groups who want to holiday together but still enjoy a certain degree of independence. The main building features a beautifully furnished, traditionally decorated living/dining room with a vaulted ceiling, directly connected to the open-concept kitchen. In the main house, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. From the living-dining room, there is access to the covered terrace and the pool. Here, you can enjoy al fresco dining. The annex features a living room, which also opens onto the terrace and includes a fireplace area. A hallway with windows leads to the three bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds and offering a view of the covered back patio. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower on a raised platform. The third bedroom has an en suite shower room and access to the covered back patio.

Outdoor Space

On the edge of the large Cala Mondrago Nature Reserve, Finca Torrent de J’ai is set in a vast garden with mature pine trees. Adjacent to the house is a beautiful terrace and the pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.25 m – 1.90 m) with lounge chairs, where you can relax. Separately located is a covered barbecue area and a small utility area with a washing machine. The property is enclosed by traditional stone walls.
