not very clean

The house is nice. The furnitare is quite old and not in the best condition. The sleeing rooms downstairs are really not easy to use. Even when. It is stinky and musty. The ool is really nice and the house itself is really sweet. The cleaness of the kitchen, the dishes and the whole equiment is inacceptable. Super that there is a washing machine. We were missing an ari condition. On the hot days it is really sticky and tough to "survive" :) The communication with the house owner was super and perfectly easy!!! Always fast, extremely friendly and straight forward.

Casa Ventura

We had a lovely stay in Casa Ventura and the landloard was very friendly and organized so that we to had an uncomplicated check-in and check-out. The house has a wonderful garden with a pool and the inside perhaps needs a little modernisation as it sometimes smelled a bit musty. But compared to the price it was a very good accomodation and everything we needed was there.

Wir hatten hier ein paar sehr schöne, ruhige Tage. Das Haus ist einfach und gemütlich im traditionellen, mallorquinischen Stil gehalten. Die Ausstattung im Haus und im Außenbereich ließen bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Da wir mit leichtem Gepäck geflogen sind, war super, dass ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden waren. Die Lage ist perfekt. Zur Cala Mondrago sind es, laut Wegweiser, nur 350 Meter. Wir sind in der Früh und abends spät zum Strand, hatten dort die Ruhe genossen und haben den Nachmittag am Haus und im Pool verbracht oder Ausflüge (mit dem Mietwagen) gemacht. Ich würde die Finca "Sa Barraca d'en Camine" wieder buchen und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Rural villa in ideal location with shops 10 minute drive away

Pros: Pool was fantastic Seating options in and outside of villa Proximity to nature park and beaches 10 mins by car to excellent supermarket mercadona - reasonably priced and lots of choice 10 min drive to Cala D'or for evenings out - lots of restaurants The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive Owner arranged early checkin Lots of villa necessities available such as washing up products, some cooking spices, bathroom products etc - really handy so we did not have to buy Big fridge freezer Good shower - flexible hose Cons: It was hot so air con at least in the lounge would have been nice however the villa had free standing fans in all rooms which helped to manage the temperature

Einfaches Haus, schöne Umgebung

Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Lage im Naturschutzgebiet ist sehr gut, auch wenn direkt gegenüber ein großer Parkplatz ist. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich.

Tolle Lage, das Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Pros: Das Haus liegt im Naturschutzgebiet. Direkt gegenüber ist ein belebter Parkplatz an der Hauptstraße, ansonsten ist es einsam. Die Buchten sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Pool ist klein und schön. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem TV, erhielten sofort Hilfe.(eventuell könnte man dafür eine Gebrauchsanweisung schreiben?!) Nützliche und gut montiert sind die Mücken Schutznetze im ganzen Haus! Cons: Etwas mehr Innenausstattung in der Küche (Topflappen, Backblech, Reibe)wäre für Gäste, die häufiger kochen. Draußen ist das WLAN mäßig.

Das Haus liegt am Naturschutzgebiet Cala Mandrago. Seht schön

Pros: Großes Grundstück sehr gepflegt, alles super sauber. Die Vermieter waren über Whatsapp immer erreichbar und waren sehr hilfbereit. Wir waren im April dort und wer Natur und Abgeschiedenheit mag ist hier richtig. In der Nähe des Hauses ist der Parkplatz für das Naturschutzgebiet, war aber überhaupt nicht störend. Nachts war es himmlisch ruhig. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Toller Urlaub

Es gibt zwei Sache die uns gestört haben... . Zwei von drei Schlafzimmern sind sozusagen im Keller.... Das riecht man leider auch!..... Und das kleine Räumchen in der Küche wo die Teller usw stehen riecht leider auch ein bisschen. Ansonsten alles perfekt! Lage, Sauberkeit, Pool, Grill, Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter, Garten, kurzer Weg zum tollen und sauberen Strand! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Nette Finca mit allem drum und dran

Die Finca ist direkt in der Nähe vom Strand den man gut zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Zwei von den 6 Betten hatten ihre beste Zeit hinter sich allerdings konnten wir auf die anderen ausweichen die angenehm zum Schlafen waren. Das Internet kann man sehr gut im EG und in der 1 Etage nutzen. Da die Unterkunft ohne Klima ist muss man damit rechnen, dass es auch mal etwas wärmer im Innenbereich wird. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub und wir hatten alles vor Ort was das Herz begehrt. Das Highlight war natürlich der Pool mit der Aussenterrasse. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. :-)

Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen.

Pros: sauber und gepflegt. Schön angelegter Außenbereich. Alle Fenster mit Fliegengitter, gegen Mücken. Sofort Heißwasser. Technik voll funktionsfähig. Sitzecken und Liegen im Außenbereich. Entsprach komplett der Beschreibung. Sehr kurzer Fußweg zur Badebucht. Cons: Obwohl sehr abgelegen, ist es Abends doch sehr laut, da die Badebucht sehr stark besucht wurde und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Finca ein großer Parkplatz für Besucher , samt Busse , ist, der noch bis spät in der Nacht benutzt wurde. Aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

Pros: Super Finka. Perfekt für 2-4 Personen. Sauberer Pool, tolle Lage. Kommunikation mit Inhaber sehr einfach und problemlos. Spiele, Besteck, Geschirr, Handtücher. Alles ist ausreichenden Mengen vorhanden. Gerne wieder! Cons: Die Matratzen waren schon sehr durchgelegen und das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung laut gequietscht. Es gibt nur eine Couch für zwei Personen. Mehrere Gäste müssten sich dann an den Esstisch setzen bei einem gemütlichen Abend drinnen.
