Charming town house with pool - Casa Can Tatau

The charming town house Can Tatau, with space for 6 people, is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of the small village Santanyí. It is fully air-conditioned and has a living room, a dining room, a small reading room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and offers a perfect blend of typical Majorcan surroundings and modern furnishings. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, cable TV, a baby cot and a highchair. On the idyllic terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and pool ( 24 m²) you can enjoy relaxing holidays surrounded by Mediterranean plants. On the first floor there is another terrace with awning from which you have a wonderful view over the roofs of the city. Thanks to the ideal location of the holiday home, shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The nearest beach, Cala Santanyí, is 8 minutes by car.



Please note that 2 of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are on the ground floor.

Altes Stadthaus in zentraler Lage

Pros: Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber, der Aussenbereich und die Lage. Cons: Der Standart und Komfort des Hauses entsprach nicht den Erwartungen,die diesen hohen Preis rechtfertigen. Beispiel: altes durchgesessene Sofas, primitive Möbel und Betten. Ungepflegte Aussenbepflanzung. Außenbeleuchtung funktionierte nur zum Teil. Gartenstühle,Gartentisch und Sonnenschirm sind schon sehr abgewohnt. Alles in allem entsprach das Haus nicht unseren Erwartungen .
