This modern whitewashed villa is located in a new residential development near the marina and the prestigious Cala D'or Yacht Club.

The main bedroom has a spacious balcony where you can put your feet up and contemplate the treetops and the local area, and on the ground floor the patio doors in almost all rooms open to the sun-drenched pool terrace, with pool, lawn, barbecue and plenty of furniture.
