- The holiday home Can Parets is located on the outskirts of Santanyí near the Mondragó Natural Park and the beautiful coast. The property consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and fans. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. In your private outdoor area you will find a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue and a pool. The furnished terraces invite you to enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones or to drink a glass of wine under the starry sky. In a 10-minute drive you will reach the centre of Santanyí, which offers restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. The bay Calo d’en Perdiu is a 5-minute drive from the house (1.3 km) and Playa de Santanyí beach is 8 minutes away by car (4.5 km).
Street parking is available. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. There are some cats on the property but not inside the house. Smoking is allowed.
