The holiday home Can Parets is located on the outskirts of Santanyí near the Mondragó Natural Park and the beautiful coast. The property consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and fans. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. In your private outdoor area you will find a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue and a pool. The furnished terraces invite you to enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones or to drink a glass of wine under the starry sky. In a 10-minute drive you will reach the centre of Santanyí, which offers restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. The bay Calo d’en Perdiu is a 5-minute drive from the house (1.3 km) and Playa de Santanyí beach is 8 minutes away by car (4.5 km).

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend

Pros: Wir haben uns prächtig erholt. Größe des Pools und des Hauses waren für uns ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Cons: Eine Klimaanlage würde den Aufenthalt wesentlich angenehmer machen. In der Küche hätte ich mir etwas mehr Geschirr, Schneidebretter usw. gewünscht. Als zusätzlicher Service wäre ein kleiner Sonnschirm und Klappstühle für den Strand sehr angenehm.

Pros: Super einfacher Check-In, nette Vermieter, für 4-5 Personen vom Platz perfekt. Wir waren happy! Cons: Das einzig negative: es gab 3 Schlafzimmer aber nur 2 Ventilatoren, die wir uns dann geteilt haben. Das war ärgerlich, gerade wenn es extrem warm ist. Ansonsten alles schick.
