Lovely accommodation in fab location

We are just back from a lovely week in this bungalow in Cala dor.It’s in a perfect location overlooking Cala gran beach and was super for us as we love sea swimming,snorkelling etc plus it was only few mins walk to all the resorts facilities as in restaurants,shops etc.We did have a car but you honestly would not need one as it is so well located plus bus stop only round the corner.Apartment is spotlessly clean and bright and airy.The communication with Florence the property manager was excellent and always very prompt.The only thing I would say is that while we were there the water tank in the main bedroom airing cupboard was making a lot of noise during the night so hard to sleep,now it did not impact on us as there we’re only us two so we moved to other bedroom but it may have been an issue if there were four of us.We did say it to Florence and she said she would have a plumber look at it so it may be already taken care of.This aside I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone and we really enjoyed our holiday.

Great accommodation, perfect host

This apartment is perfectly located overlooking the beach at Cala Gran. It's a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Cala d'Or and within easy reach of other coves in the area. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and Florence is a wonderful host - going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

It’s one of the rare occasions when the property is BETTER than it looks and the description it has in the listing. A really good sized two bedroom property in a fantastic location. The terrace is very large with excellent views and the pool is large and never crowded. The beach is 2 minutes downstairs and out the gate and the very centre of Cala D’Or less than 5 minutes Parking was easy on the street (in May) and about 60 minutes drive from the airport. Florence has been super helpful and welcoming and any (minor) issues we had she resolved for us very quickly. Highly recommend property and location.

Einfach wundervoll

Die Lage ist traumhaft direkt an der Cala Gran. Nach wenigen Metern ist man am Strand und im Meer. Selbst wenn der Strand gut gefüllt ist, wir hatten unsere eigene Terrasse mit Meerblick! Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, gut gepflegt und die Betreuung durch Florence hervorragend. Abends muss mit ein wenig Trubel gerechnet werden, da in den umliegenden Hotels zum Beispiel Livemusik gemacht wird, aber man kann es auch genießen oder sich selbst in das muntere Vergnügungsviertel stürzen. Kneipen und Restaurants gibt es in Cala d Or in großer Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. War ein Traum. .

Perfekte Terrasse für Sommerabende

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit der perfekten Lage für einen Strandurlaub und einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht. Die Kommunikation mit Florence war absolut unkompliziert und Florence sehr hilfsbereit.

Vacanza fantastica

Una casa perfetta, pulita e con una posizione a dir poco FANTASTICA!!! Affacciata sulla spiaggia di Cala D'or con una vista strepitosa, a trecento metri dal centro del paese con una infinità di negozi e ristoranti. La casa è perfetta dotata di ogni accessorio uno posso immaginare, nel silenzio assoluto e cullati dal rumore delle onde quando sei nella splendida terrazza. Una perfetta padrona di casa, Ola Florence, che ci ha servito in ogni nostra piccola richiesta. Nient'altro da dire che BELLISSIMO...... potrebbe quasi sembrare una recensione finta, ma non lo è, siamo stati ospiti di questastruttura dal 31 luglio al 7 agosto 2019 e già ci manca 😭. La consiglio vivamente.. Alessandro e famiglia 👋👋👋

Nice apartment at the sea

The apartment is very nice and very well equipped. Due to the size of the two bedrooms ideal for a family. The proximity to the beach is of course ideal although the Cala Gran is very crowded in midsummer. The support by the agency was perfect, flexible and unproblematic. Thank you, Florence.
