- Vive una estancia elegante y cómoda en este amplio apartamento de 110 m², totalmente renovado y situado en el corazón de Santander. Aunque se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada, está en una calle muy tranquila, sin ruido ni bares nocturnos, lo que permite disfrutar de un descanso total.
La vivienda dispone de tres dormitorios y dos baños completos. El dormitorio principal es una suite privada con baño propio, vestidor y una agradable terraza interior. Además, el apartamento cuenta con un espacioso salón-comedor, una cocina de alta gama y una despensa muy práctica.
Distribución para dormir:
Dormitorio 1: dos camas individuales, con posibilidad de una tercera cama.
Dormitorio 2: cama doble de 135 cm.
Dormitorio principal: cama king size de 160x200 cm + chaise longue convertible en cama individual, ideal para una octava persona.
Todos los colchones son viscoelásticos de alta calidad, pensados para ofrecer el máximo confort.

La ballesta una usada de otro inquilinos , la aspiradora con pelusas de otros inquilinos
