Pet/kid friendly 4BR single story home extensively landscaped and hardscaped with pool, basketball court and lots of grass.
Private equestrian neighborhood in the foothills overlooking the Santa Ynez Valley. Short drive to hundreds of wineries, fine dining, Santa Barbara, etc.
