The property, situated in the countryside of S. Victory in Matenano in an ideal position overlooking the surrounding hills slowly ending in the Adriatic Sea, comprehends the main house of 250 sqm, a smaller outbuilding of 60 sqm
The three constructions created at court, and farther off a wooden beam canopy covered by solar panels.
The main house is a living room with 4 wood burning fireplaces, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Outdoor you will find a pergola of strawberries grapes and brick barbecue for your summer evenings.
The dependance is a large living room with a kitchenette and a queen bedroom with bathroom.
The whole property is surrounded by 2 acres of garden, 1 acre of olive trees and 12 acres of wood that slowly descends towards a minor river called Ete.
The garden of the property was photographed and published in major architecture magazines such as "Landscape Architecture in Italy" edited by logos in 2011.
In a private reserved area of the garden that measures 9 x 5 sqm and 2.5 sqm deep surrounded by olive trees.
The entire property has been renovated and can be sold as is requested, fully furnished with the names of the housekeeper and gardener

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Tolles Landhaus auf einem gepflegten Grundstück in sehr schöner Umgebung! Wir hätten uns eine etwas bessere Ausstattung der Küche gewünscht (echte Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Töpfe, Gläserauswahl) Aber es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen!
