This location was very easy to get to! Philip our host, was amazing and extremely helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Lots of good restaurants in the area, all along the main shoreline walk. Five minute walk to the beach

Spent just one night at this quaint B&B. Nice room and great host. One block from the beach. Breakfast was at a nearby bar. Only downside was we faced the street and there was a lot of traffic noise all night.

Very nice place. Clean big rooms. Very helpful host. Little traffic noise, but easy to deal with. Easy to use train and bus for travelling another places. You can travel via train straight from Catania Airport. Highly recommend.

We’ve spent a fantastic week here in Santa Teresa di Riva. The hotel is perfectly located a couple of walking minutes from the beach and restaurants and you can park your car in the lane right behind the location. Our host Filippo has provided a service experience that was simply beyond words. He allowed us to change the room without hesitation, he always responded right away whenever there were questions and there has not been a single day without fresh fruits for our little one, croissants and all kinds of delicious pastry in our room. He even washed our baby cloths as we ran out of stock. It’s been an extraordinary week and I can only recommend this place to the fullest. We will definitely come back one day, many thanks.

Antique lovers dream room

Gorgeous Villa full of antiques, lovely tiled floors and sparkling clean! The host is wonderful —so friendly and helpful. The Villa sits a short walk from the ocean.

It was really nice 10 days in Villa Teresa. Super friendly and lovely Service. Apartment was pretty vintage styled and very clean. Villa Teresa is in very good location because you have everything around. There’s a lot of local restaurants and traditional fast foods around. Train station is also just 5 min far away from the hotel. We are very satisfied and we would love to come back again in next summer season. Grazie

Amazing stay

Amazing. Owner is a briliant person. Welcomes sweets every day. A lot atention from him. Few steps from the sea. Parking is under the windows. Breakfast - typical sicilian (sweet) in a cage a front of the sea. Thank you for amaizing time.

A home away from home

We stayed in the coastal town of Santa Teresa di Riva, which is near Taormina (but much less touristy) for two nights near the end of our trip to Sicily. Unfortunately, the weather had turned chilly and rainy, so we were unable to enjoy the waterfront very much. However, our host Filippo was so kind and welcoming that our stay was a pleasure. He truly made us feel that his home was ours! We highly recommend this option to anyone visiting this lovely town.

Sweet stay!

Felipe was a wonderful host! Couldn’t have been more welcoming and kind. We arrived early and were greeted with open arms. He was available for anything we needed, and provided sweet surprises along the way. It felt as if we were staying in the home of a family friend. We had no trouble parking on the street in front of the Villa. The town has all the services you need within walking distance. It’s nice to be removed from the craziness of Taormina but it’s quick to get there. Don’t hesitate to stay with Felipe, you will love him!

Property was very friendly and accomidating but wasnt what we paid for.the air conditioning is broken,no housecoats,no kitchen,no parking or breakfast, the rooms are not soundproof. There is also no garden or balconies or terraces.Although the owner has changed things he tried very hard to accommodate us.

Der Vermieter und Besitzer ist wirklich sehr nett und bemüht. Grundsätzlich auch eine schöne Unterkunft mit viel Potenzial. Leider müssen wir einige Sterne abziehen. Wir hatten Schimmel an der Wand (in dem Zimmer sollte auch unser Baby schlafen) und mussten um ein anderes Zimmer bitten. Dieses haben wir bekommen, aber auch dort war Schimmel an der Wand. Wir empfehlen, den Schimmel zu entfernen, denn auch der Geruch des Zimmers ist demnach nicht besonders gut. An der Unterkunft direkt gibt es keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, man muss ca. 400 Meter weiter entfernt auf einer anderen Straße parken und laufen. Alles in allem würden wir leider nicht wiederkommen.

Nachts sehr laut und hellhörig, Vermieter kommt in das Zimmer während Abwesenheit, um Kühlschrank aufzufüllen, Basic-Frühstück: Toast, Schinken, Käse; keine Sitzgelegenheit zum Essen, Raum zum Essen ist draußen und sehr kalt, Zimmer selbst ist auch kalt (Heizung funktioniert nicht), Schlüssel sind unsicher, Parkmöglichkeiten schlecht da eine lange, stark befahrene Einbahnstraße

Une étape agréable

Jolie maison d'hôte en seconde ligne de front de mer et récemment rénovée avec goût. Philippo est un hôte d'une grande gentillesse et rempli d'attentions vis a vis de ses invités. Ainsi, comme indiqué dans d'autres références, il a eu le gentillesse de nous accueillir avec des mignardises de la pâtisserie voisine et a réservé une table pour notre dîner dans le meilleur restaurant de la ville. Dans la chambre nous avons trouvé de l'eau dans le frigo, des snacks sucrés et des jus de fruits. Le petit-déjeuner se prend dans une pâtisserie/café/bar a quelques minutes a pieds de b&b et est de grande qualité.
