Perhaps even better than the hotel is the nature reserve in which it's located. The drive up the mountain is long and somewhat difficult, but well worth it."

We had a car but best restaurant is at the hotel with a great chef Patricia and superb waitress and waiters. In a quiet country setting with lots of walking and biking opportunities. There is a coin laundry room on site which for us is a real plus."

"Oh my! How adorable is this house?! Gianna is a wonderful host and even brought us zucchinis and aubergines(eggplants) from her garden as well as a bottle of her house olive oil from her grove. I just loved the whole place. The kitchen is great for cooking, the bed is very comfortable, with plenty of stairs in between. Beautiful grounds with olive groves. Lovely. Unfortunately, we both caught a cold on the train. The silver lining is we had a beautiful place to rest and recuperate. We stayed 8 nights and would definitely stay again."
