This fabulous Sonoma County vineyard estate sits on 45 acres in the heart of wine country. We are perfect for a family gathering, friends getaways, and offsite work venue. The property is fully furnished with 8 beds (comfortable sleeping for 12 guests), gourmet kitchen, pool, hot tub, satellite TV and 50 mbs internet access all included in the rental. This is a high-quality home with modern finishes, oriental carpets, a fully-equipped kitchen and amenities throughout. Breathtaking views of 200 acres of vineyards, pond, and horses from almost every room. The home offers quiet privacy overlooking the original Kendall Jackson estate vineyards, with the award-winning Matanzas Creek winery tasting room just down the road. Nearby Healdsburg, Kenwood, Glen Ellen, and Sonoma invite you to famous wineries, as well as the Carneros AVA, home of California sparkling wine. Looking northward, the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay mecca of the Russian River Valley AVA is just minutes away. The elegant tasting rooms, galleries, and shops of Healdsburg are 20 minutes up 101. Christmas getaway

What a great property. We had 9 adults and 1 dog in our party - Ariana was incredibly responsive (even put up a Christmas tree for us). The house and surrounding property is beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked. The house is spacious and plenty of space to have alone time. Also, the property is close by to grocery stores, restaurants, nature preserves. Wonderful time!

Amazing Wine Country Retreat

This property is everything the description says and more! The house is beautiful, the views are incredible and the owner and property manager were amazing hosts. We took advantage of the in house wine tasting with Francoise and would highly recommend it. We also had Chef Adaire come and make dinner for us 2 nights and it was fantastic!! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the wine country!

Great stay for a large group

I stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend, which comprised of amazing wine and views. This house was perfect for our group, which was 13 girls total. There were plenty of beds and even more space if people had needed to sleep on couches or cots (which nobody did). The check in process was seamless. The property manager was incredibly accommodating and provided helpful recommendations. The house is located in a slightly difficult to find area behind a barn, but the views of the rolling California hills are unbeatable. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a beautiful home with breathtaking views coming to Sonoma with a large party.

Flying Cloud Vineyards is Heaven!

Flying Cloud Vineyards is Heaven! I cannot say enough about this property. The location is secluded but not too far from grocery stores, so if you run out of something it is a quick trip and you are back in the pool in no time. The pool is amazing, the hot tub was nice and HOT! We had zero issues at the house. The walk through the vineyards is sensational and once it hit magic hour we would all fill up our wine glasses and take a stroll through the vineyard. The house has enough space for 5 couples/families, and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. This would be the perfect house to rent for a family reunion, bachelorette party or birthday party! We will be back for sure!!

Everything was great about this experience, except for the deluge of flies that have descended upon this property… I’m not sure there’s anything they can do about it, but flies were literally everywhere, including hanging around strips in the kitchen… Without this, it would’ve been a perfect five star and maybe it’s just the time of year

Flying Cloud was a great experience. The property manager is excellent and a great communicator. The house was in excellent condition. Chris met us there will snacks and wine ready for our first evening's appetizers.. The kitchen was well stocked. There is a large eating space in the kitchen; plus a separate dining room. A family room for kids; a large living room for adults. Ping pong table in the garage plus an extra fridge. Lots of room to spread out. Very quiet and beautiful location. The pool and hot tub are lovely, a little glitchy regarding heating, but we were able to heat the pool and hot tub as advertised. I would go back in a heartbeat!

My 40th Birthday Trip

The pictures online do not do this property justice! It is absolutely amazing! The house itself was so spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 12. The outdoor space is incredible from the pool to the view! Chris Hiller, the property manager was so easy to work with and was very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone with a larger group!

Awesome Sonoma Wine Country Property

Pictures of the property don't do it justice! The beautiful vinery right outside your back deck was breathless. Chris met us at the property a gave us a quick low down of the ins and outs of the home which was very helpful. Also, Chris left us a beautiful cheese and snack basket with a bottle of their Flying Cloud wine. The 7 bedrooms and 6 baths were very spacious. Definitely one to rent again in wine country!
