-Extra fee for heating pool $350 plus daily fee of $50 to keep it heated( please note that from Nov-May it takes several hours to heat the pool so we do need notice) this is a estimate, could be more or less based off of ambient temperature of pool at time of reservation

-We do have one camera on property for safety and liability- one is -camera at the front door. Does not record 24/7
