This stunning home in Santa Rosa has 180 degree panoramic views inside and out. The backyard includes an outdoor kitchen complete with wood-fired pizza oven, outdoor TV, refrigerator, large BBQ, and a giant island that seats ten. Across the expansive patio is a beautiful sunken fire-pit sculpted out of a large natural boulder with surround seating. Nearby, a built-in spa that comfortably seats 8+ with a zero edge. There is also a dry stream bed that winds its way down the hill toward a working waterfall jumping rock, into the swimming pool. Below the pool area you'll find an orchard with peach, apple, Santa Rosa plum, orange, lemon, lime trees and table grape vines. A meandering stone path from the patio to pool has a stone bridge across the stream and passes a play structure and peaceful places to stop to enjoy the professionally landscaped sloped yard. The upper backyard includes raised vegetable beds and flowers just outside the kitchen door. A level above the patio is a grassed side yard for lawn games and lounging in the two Adirondack chairs, perfectly set to take in the views and sunsets.
Inside, you'll enjoy the two master suites, two other large bedrooms, plus a den with extra-comfy pull out sofa. Eight TV's are spread throughout the home including one in the Outdoor Kitchen. The spacious main living area includes an open concept kitchen with new, high-end appliances opening onto the family room with fireplace and super-large wine refrigerator. The beautiful black and white McKenzie-Childs dining room with gorgeous sparkling chandeliers and oval glass table seats 8-10 people. Here, you can sip wine, enjoy your meals, and play board games. This resort style home is a place for incredibly fun family gatherings, or where 4-5 couples could spend their days wine-tasting, before lounging in the pool, making their own pizza in the wood-fired pizza oven, then relaxing in the spa overlooking the expansive views and beautiful sunsets of Sonoma's incredible wine country.
