We purchased a double queen bed and they called minutes later to tell us there were no double bed rooms available but they had a single queen. We asked for a fold out couch or another bed of some sort and they said they’d put a roll away bed in there. We checked in and see that the bed only had a bottom sheet. We stopped by the front desk to ask for another pillow and sheet or blanket so...
