Located in the heart of Sonoma County, the bungalow is close to local wineries, breweries, restaurants, and nature spots. Spend your days wine tasting, hiking among the redwoods, or exploring nearby towns like Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, and Guerneville.

• Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM in accordance with city noise ordinances.

Guest Access:
The whole house is open to the guest.
The Neighborhood:
The West End Neighborhood is a downtown neighborhood. There are a mix people that work and live here. The neighborhood has two wonderful parks and some very interesting homes to look at. The Franco American bakery is located on West Seventh street across the street from a small market. This is an urban area of Santa Rosa not the countryside. You can walk to Railroad Square and Courthouse Square. The neighborhood is a great place to start a bike ride. Bike paths can take you beyond road traffic out of Santa Rosa to some of the greatest road biking anywhere.
Getting Around:
The SMART train stops in Railroad Square starting in the Summer of 2017. The train will connect to the Sonoma County airport and south to Marin County.
Other Things to Note:
We allows well-behaved dogs but please take care of them. Please no smoking inside the home plenty of room outside. Thank you for not blocking the sidewalk with your car.
Early check in fee of $30.00 if possible.
One time $30.00 pet fee for all pets per stay.
