"The rooms didn’t seemed to clean like swept and there were insects as well. We had to spray around the room with our bug spray. Don’t get me wrong but the hotel is beautiful, great view and all."

"Estuvimos 2 horas fuera de la propiedad esperando que nos abrieran desde las 4 pm hora del chek in y no fue hasta las 18:15 que nos enviaron un correo diciendo que cancelaban la reservación por falta de espacio. Hacía más de dos meses que había hecho esa reservación y cómo es que nos avisan dos horas después del supuesto chek in, dejándonos en un lugar inseguro con una adulta mayor y un niño sin opción de hospedaje en otro sitio. Quisiera demandar formalmente al dueño de la propiedad por estada."
