The first floor welcomes you with a bright, open living space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly. The living room offers comfortable seating beneath high ceilings and large windows, creating a light filled setting for gathering and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances, ample prep space, and a breakfast bar with seating for six. The dining area offers additional seating for six. Also on this level, a king bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower.

The second floor has two comfortable and private bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, and a large ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The guest room is furnished with two queen beds and has a shared, ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Both the master and the guest room have direct access to the expansive and furnished balcony, perfect for enjoying morning cups of coffee and lazy afternoons. A full-sized washer and dryer are also available on this floor.

The third floor provides a custom built bunk area featuring a full over full bunk bed, making it an ideal space for children or additional guests. This area will share the bath with the double queen room on the second floor.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this home, with a private backyard centered around a pool and multiple areas for relaxing and gathering. Enjoy outdoor dining with a natural gas grill, unwind around the fire pit, or spend time on the wraparound porch with hanging chairs.

Southern Belle is a short three minute bike ride to Old Florida Fish House and less than a mile to Steamboat Grill, Canopy Road Café, and The Cantina and Greenway Station. With dining options this close, there is no need to load into the car and search for parking. Just jump on your bikes and go!

- This home has a video/audio capturing doorbell mounted by the front door for safety.
- No large gatherings or parties. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud parties will not be allowed.
- Pool/Spa: This home has a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
