Greenway visit

Beautifully decorated home in a d rightful small gated community in a great 30-A location. Walkable to dining. The home greatly enhanced our family time. Would book it again.

Second time

We love this home for our family beach trip. It has a great location in a small, quiet and private neighborhood. The driveway is small and no street parking is allowed. However, the garage was clear to park one midsized suv, and the larger two trucks fit side by side. We were advised that our rented golf cart (which we highly recommended getting) could not block the sidewalk so we did have to squeeze it in. The home had adequate kitchen supplies and the shower water pressure was awesome. Thank you for sharing your home. We will certainly come again.

THE PERFECT HOME

It was a joy to come home and sit on the porch at the end of the day and we loved everything from the decor to cooking on the gorgeous gas range. Beach access is a short, lovely, and shaded walk away and the pool is quiet and impeccably maintained. We will 100% be back!

Spring Break '23

What a great property! My wife and I, our 3 kids, and 2 dogs all had a fantastic time. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, and was the perfect layout for our family. We had no issues with anything, and would definitely stay there again. We are glad we rented a golf cart for the week as it allowed for beach access and exploring the rest of 30A a breeze. 5-starts all around!

FAMILY AFTER CHRISTMAS TRIP

WE SPECIFICALLY RENTED THIS PROPERTY AS THE GRANDKIDS WANTED TO SWIM AND IT WAS ONE OF THE FEW PLACES THAT ADVERTISED A HEATED POOL THIS TIME OF YEAR. WHEN WE ARRIVED, THE POOL WAS NOT HEATED, AS THE HOA HAD DECIDED NOT TO HEAT IT, AND APPARENTLY THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE DIDN'T KNOW THIS. WE HAD TO CONTACT THE OWNER A FEW TIMES FOR ISSUES AND SHE WAS VERY ATTENTATIVE TO EVERYTHING.

Amazing stay - so relaxing! Will definitely book/stay here again!

Such a great place for small to large families - two entertainment areas, short walk to the pool and close to everything but you feel like you are in the middle of no wear. A few things to consider - 1. Parking - with no parking in the street, parking would be tight with two vehicles and almost impossible with three. 2. The 30A market sells individual kitchen necessities - trash bags, dishwasher pods, zip lock bags and more. A must! 3. Great kitchen, it really has everything you need! You have Apple TV, Roku and other TV services! 4. Neighborhood is very peaceful! 5. The Big Chill is a great place to catch a drink and/or Lunch/dinner Enjoy your stay... We did!!

Nice Home, missing some basics

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and it was great to find a home that was pet friendly. Furnishings and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. Upper and lower porch were great and nice to have access to the garage. There were a couple of key things not working well or missing. No backyard area or fencing to let the pets walk around off the leash. Appliances in the house were not working well. Normal functions for the dishwasher and washer/drying were not working well. Access to the beach was not easy, parking almost never available, crossing 30a hard for young.

Successful family vacation!

The sweetest house in the sweetest well kept neighborhood. So many pros to renting this location , floor plan allowed all 8 of the kids with us ( 16-22) to bunk upstairs with plenty of room and entertainment . The movie room was perfect at night for the young crew to watch a movie and the cards and poker chips made some fun family games of cards. Another pro is the 8 chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and 4 bikes provided . So nice to not have to lug all those items from home to Florida. We did opt to rent a golf cart which came in very handy during our stay. If you have never been or are returning rent the golf cart . It made the trip to the public beach bearable. A few pointers , have the earlier risers put your beach chairs out around 7:00 - 7:30 to insure you have a good spot on the beach , it gets crowded pretty quickly. The parking space is pretty limited and will not fit more than 2 vehicles ( if 1 goes in garage ) so do not plan on more than 2 for parking purposes. We did get a little “warning” our first night that we were over the line ( sidewalk ) and needed to pull up farther so just be aware. Would rent this home again just simply because it met every need even if it’s about a 5 min golf cart drive to the beach.

Summer Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful and serene nestled in the back of the new Greenway Park gated community. It looked as if no one ever had stayed in it before it was so clean and perfect. If you love beachy boho chic this is the house for you. Bedrooms and bathrooms could not have been laid out more perfectly. While you usually always need more cookware in a rental, this rental had ample for a week and loads of plates, cups and utensils. Pool a very short walk. They have bikes. A good walk or short golf cart ride to Seaside but back in Seagrove out of that Seaside hustle and bustle. Publix down the road. Lots of food, coffee, & drink options very close. OFFH & Beachy Bean coffee & Doughnuts a short walk. So many beach accesses near their walkable or by golf cart. Explore the other neighborhoods-they are so close to this location. Pretty much right in between Panama City and Destin. Visit Camp Helen State Park very close to paddle board and Kayak. Can’t say enough about Exclusive 30A from beginning to end! They make it all so easy and will respond immediately!

Great BUT for 3 P’s

The property is beautiful and we’ll appointed. BUT there were three major issues with the property: Plumbing, Privacy, and Parking. Plumbing- The hot water heater is only a 50 gallon tank- entirely too small for a house that sleeps 10. There also is a problem with the water pressure in the house. It is extremely high, so you feel like you are being assaulted by the water while showering and the shower fixtures do not allow you to reduce flow. Because the pressure is so high and the tank is so small, the hot water runs out on the 3rd person taking a shower. Privacy- the downstairs has decorative shades on the windows. They are lovely but you can see through them. There is a master bedroom downstairs and there are three windows that leave you exposed to the neighbors in the evening hours. One of those windows is in the bathroom and the neighbors have an outdoor living room/kitchen right outside. There is no way to shower with privacy during the evening. That same room is a straight shot to the glass front door so if you forget to shut the door when you shower you come out totally exposed. A window covering on the front door would be nice and different coverings need to be installed in the master bedroom. Parking- the listing says that there is parking for two cars. There is if they are very small! There is a garage but it must be used to get the two cars parked. If your car won’t fit in a standard garage you won’t have 2 spaces.

We brought our mini Australian Shepherd with us as well and he couldn’t get enough of the area. There’s tons of things to do and since we are a beach family we had a ton of fun walking to the beach and spending the day there. Will definitely be coming back.

The rooms and furniture are very comfortable. Very close to a large variety of dining, shopping, and outdoor fun. We had access to a community pool that was very clean and great to lay out by and get a tan. AND we could bring our dog! This is very hard to find in a luxury rental service, so thanks for the awesome getaway! Will be back very soon.

The bedrooms were comfortable, beds and sheets weren't cheap like they usually are in a vacation rental. The neighborhood is new and a little off the beaten path but it was easy to get everywhere. Fall Getaway

The living room furniture was not very comfortable (the couch is broken down and has been repaired a couple of times but needs to be replaced). The management was great and responded to an issue very quickly. The house is pet friendly which was great, but the community pool is not so we couldn’t bring our dog with us to the pool. None of the beaches on 30A are pet friendly for non-Florida residents either, so we were disappointed that we had to leave our dog at home anytime we wanted to go to water. But the house looks great and so does the neighborhood. Overall it was a pretty good place to stay.

There are a couple of things that would have made our stay there even better. First, an information notebook/card that gave very specific directions to beach access/rentals. The closest beach access is not easily found. Secondly, the house sleeps 10 and we had 7 and there was not enough seating in the main living space for our 7. Otherwise we loved the house!
