Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.



Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower maximum occupancy. A two-night reservation maximum sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard maximum occupancy for the home.

-- Guests are REQUIRED to return the golf cart with a FULL tank of gas upon departure.

-- Failure to return the golf cart with a full tank of gas will result in a $200 inconvenience fee.

-- Please observe all posted traffic laws and speed limits.
