Family friendly cottage--steps from Florida's Emerald Beach and Seaside

Amazing Grace’s is just a short stroll to the beach access ramp (1.5 blocks) or Seaside’s central square (6 blocks).

Just eight cottages from the jade waters of the Florida Gulf, this cozy, ground floor cottage is a pastoral retreat reminiscent of a leisurely era with sandy streets canopied by live oaks.

Approximately 1000 sq ft, it sports a large bathroom with full tub, an open concept kitchen/living space with appliances (including dishwasher, washer/dryer) and large HD flat screen TV.

The Space
The beach access is just 2/10 of a mile and Seaside just 4/10 of a mile from the cottage. We welcome you to all the amenities of our home, including Smart TV for live streaming, internet WIFI, board games & puzzles, patio and off street parking. Or take your kids to the local playground three blocks away.

Must be 25 years or older to book cottage and must be present during entire booking.

Your visit may overlap with the owners or other guests in the upper unit, but your separate entrance provides privacy. The cottage is the bottom floor of a three story house.

Guest Access
You will have complete access to the downstairs unit as shown in the pictures. The cottage is the bottom floor of a three story house. (Owner’s space is in the upper unit.) Your separate entrance provides privacy.

Other things to note
There is parking for one vehicle on the left side of the driveway. Additional parking is available on the sandy street.

Please be aware that there is one step up to the tub/shower in the bathroom and a step down to the main living area.
