We had 2 families (3 teens total) and enjoyed our stay. House was beautiful with luxury decor. Appreciated the golf cart and bicycles (super nice!) and made great use of them in and around the neighborhood. The Big Chill was the best payoff of the trip! Our teens utilized the bicycles and rode freely to and from the Big Chill area as they wished. The variety of food options at the Big Chill allowed the entire group to eat what they wanted (food court style) while still eating together. While we loved the set up of the house, there were several missteps via property management that were an inconvenience that we’ve not experienced in other short term rentals. 1) We completed paperwork via links sent by the management teams 3 times because what was submitted was not tracked on their end. 2) Access codes provided for the pool upon check in were incorrect 3) No fitness center available in Prominence (as indicated) and upon inquiry we were told there has not been one on property for several years. 4) The main dryer in the house did not work and upon being brought to their attention, turns out they were already aware (and had not informed us) and then directed us to the W&D pair in the garage. 5) There were no toiletries for showering, despite having some showers with hanging dispensers that were empty. 6) While there is a Weber charcoal grill out back, there are no grilling utensils (tongs, gloves, etc.) 7) Public beach access is limited. Research access first!
