BRAND NEW 4 BR + bunk area. Luxury amenities!

  • This modern beach house is beautifully decorated and sleeps 14 people. Come enjoy the wrap around porch, luxurious + modern decor, gourmet kitchen and luxury amenities that this beach house has to offer.

    Only 10 minute golf cart ride to the white, sugar sand beach with crystal clear blue water. (6 person golf cart stored at the house and available for rent for extra $250 flat rate fee). You will not regret renting this beauty!!
    There are three public beach access points in the tranquil Blue Mountain Beach area off of 30A. All three beach access points have lifeguards (on duty during the peak season), parking, restrooms. Beach access at Goatfeathers on 30A, Beach access by Blue Mountain Creamery (30A's most popular ice cream), and at Gulf Place (near lots of restaurants). Blue Mountain Beach access is the most convenient beach access in our opinion.
    Highland Park is the newest neighborhood nestled in Blue Mountian Beach and boasting the highest elevation in South Walton County. Enjoy access to a walking path that leads to Point Washington State Park in the back of Highland Park neighborhood.

Blue Mtn Beach Review

Beautiful place to stay for a family. Plenty of room for everyone and lots of restrooms. Overall nice layout. Also several nice restaurants close by. Pool was within walking distance and very family friendly. The golf cart is very handy for hauling stuff and people to the beach. Wish the beach was a little bigger but still a beautiful view.

New, clean modern home.

There are 4 bedrooms and each has their own bathroom. 3 are up stairs - 2 with king size beds and 1 room has two double beds. There is also a open area at the top of the stairs in a foyer with 4 bunk beds. The master bedroom is down stairs and it’s bed is more comfortable than the upstairs master. Very large open kitchen, living and dining area. Also a additional half bath next to laundry room downstairs. There is a deck outside with large dining table and outdoor sectional with TV and grill. We grilled steaks one night and ate outside. Great front porch and upper deck off. The golf cart is a must to use during your stay. It’s much easier to find parking at the beach with it and the only way to park at the pool on the trail to the pool. There is no place to park for cars at the pool but it’s a close walk once you know how to get there. Go left up the street and at the top of the hill look for a trail with wood chips to your left. We also rented bikes while there for a week and there are several places that drop them off and pick them up afterwards. There are plenty of back pack chairs provided, I would recommend renting a umbrella to secure a spot at the front row for the week. Our family had a great time.
