The Space:

Welcome to the epitome of coastal living in this stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home designed for up to 15 guests.



LIVING AREA:

The open-concept main living area is the heart of Retreat House — designed for gathering and relaxing in equal measure. Shiplap walls, a large sectional sofa, designer navy accent chairs, and a wall-mounted large screen TV create the perfect movie night setup. A built-in wet bar with wine cooler, ice machine, beverage cooler, and sink keeps drinks flowing without interrupting the fun. Sliding glass doors open directly to the pool deck, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.



KITCHEN & DINING:

The gourmet kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful. A professional 6-burner gas range with stainless hood, quartz countertops, and a large center island with bar seating for four make cooking for a crowd effortless. Navy and white two-tone cabinetry with gold hardware, double gold sputnik chandeliers, and a full-size stainless refrigerator complete the space. Retreat House sits directly across from a charming neighborhood park — a perfect spot for children to play on the swings, families to relax outdoors, and guests to enjoy the lush green surroundings just steps from the front door. Explore local boutiques and popular dining spots, all within easy reach. The neighborhood offers a laid-back coastal vibe, perfect for families and groups looking to relax yet stay close to all the 30A attractions, including Seaside, Grayton Beach, and Gulf Place.



Getting Around:

Exploring 30A is easy from Retreat House! Many shops, restaurants, and beach access points are just minutes away by foot, bike, or golf cart. Enjoy scenic bike paths that connect Blue Mountain Beach to nearby coastal towns like Grayton Beach and Seaside. Parking is available with 3 dedicated on-site parking spaces, and your included golf cart makes it simple to explore all that 30A has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. Access codes are provided at arrival only after the agreement is signed.

GOLF CART/LSV: Your stay includes a complimentary 6-seater street-legal LSV — perfect for beach runs, exploring 30A's scenic coastal towns, and hopping between restaurants and shops without ever needing your car.

To keep everyone safe, all drivers must be 25 or older with a valid driver's license and sign a liability waiver prior to use. The LSV operates on roads with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less, and seatbelts are required for all passengers.

QUIET HOURS: Please note that quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM, and smoking and pets are not allowed.

NO MAIL/PACKAGES: This property does not accept mail or packages for guests. Any deliveries will be refused and returned to the sender.

STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide a starter supply of essential amenities, including toiletries, paper products, and detergents for your convenience.

POOL HEATING: Available October through April for $45 per day. During summer months the pool is naturally warm and no heating is needed.
