Beautiful, independent vacation home with pool in Gran Alacant. It has been cared for down to the smallest detail and has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a large terrace with wonderful panoramic views where you can relax in the sun. The house is located just 1 km from the Gran Alacant shopping center, where you will find supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars. And don't miss Carabassi Square, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca. To get to the beach you will need a vehicle. The access to the house has steps.

Belle propriété tres bon emplacement belle vue Belle semaine ensoleillée Attention comme même dans escalier pres de la piscine tres glissant quand cest mouillé Quelle dommage quil ny est pas de jacuzzi sur la terrasse etage 1 er au vu de la vue qui est magnifique. On reviendra avec plaisir
