Lovely place in a convenient location. Easy access to train, beaches and convenient stores. Very nice private patio for a quite a relaxing family time.

Please beware, take pictures as soon as you arrive.

Please beware of this host, if there is anything wrong the owner will accuse you of breaking it and charge you. Please take pictures of anything broken when you arrive. Even after leaving nearly a week ago, we are still being accused of something that was broken when we arrived. We broke one glass and offered to pay.Some things listed aren't available - no kettle, firepit, bicycles, boat or tennis.

Siamo state benissimo in questa bella casa! Ho trascorso qui una settimana con mia madre, mia sorella, la mia nipotina di 3 anni e due cagne. La casa è accogliente e spaziosa, con un ampio salotto, due tavoli all'aperto (ombreggiati a seconda dell'orario) e un bellissimo giardino. Le camere (due doppie e una singola) sono comode e pulite. Tre bagni a disposizione (di cui uno interno alla camera doppia) fanno davvero comodo quando si viaggia con bambini...e con mamme non più giovani :) Unico limite per noi è stata la questione delle tante scale (internamente alla casa e negli spazi esterni), che lo rende poco indicato per chi ha problemi di mobilità.Aggiungo però che Mauro è stato davvero straordinario come padrone di casa, super disponibile e attento. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e si è precipitato appena possibile! Un alloggio davvero da raccomandare.

Großes mittelmäßiges Haus in Wohngegend

+ Die 1 Etage ist eher neu renoviert und die Zimmer waren sauber, Betten waren auch gut. Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern und Wohnzimmer funktionieren gut (im Einzelzimmer gibt es keinen) und die Terrasse mit Tisch und Sonnenschirm sowie die Dusche draußen und auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten, verleitet einen zu einem Urlaub auf der Terrasse! Wir hatten genug Handtücher und Geschirrtücher zur Verfügung und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Küchenequipment! Der Kontakt zu unserem Gastgeber Mauro war großartig, er war immer erreichbar und sehr nett!! - Das Geschirr und Untensilien in der Küche waren nicht wirklich sauber, sowie der Boden in der unteren Etage und auch die Badezimmer waren zwar auf den ersten Blick sauber, jedoch auf den zweiten Blick hätte an manchen Stellen nochmal geputzt werden können (liegt aber wahrscheinlich an der Reinigungsfirma, es gibt genügend Putzmittel im Haus!). Die Parksituation war sehr schwierig, man kann zwar am Zaun des Gartens parken, aber die Nachbarn machten uns darauf aufmerksam, dass wir am Zaun nur in zweiter Reihe parken dürfen, dadurch kamen wir aber nicht mehr raus (hatten ein eher größeres Auto) und wir mussten uns immer einen Parkplatz suchen. Leider hatten wir sechsmal einen Stromausfall das an dem Backofen und einer Steckdose in der Küche lag, hat aber ein bisschen gedauert, bis wir das herausgefunden haben. Der Gasgeruch der Küche war leider nach Benutzung des Herds sehr stark und wir mussten ständig das Fenster auflassen.

Schönes, großes Haus und sympathischer Vermieter

Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist super ausgestattet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen schönen Wohngegend. Auf der Terrasse und in dem begrünten Hof haben wir sehr gerne zusammen gegessen und gefrühstückt oder den Tag ausklingen lassen. In der Nähe kann man alles Notwendige einkaufen, um die Ecke gibt es einen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, Apotheke etc. Der Bahnhof und auch das Meer sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wer einen Sandstrand bevorzugt, sollte in den Nachbarort Santa Severa fahren, dieses lässt sich ebenso wie Rom mit dem Zug sehr gut erreichen. Mauro ist ein sehr sympathischer Vermieter und wir haben den Aufenthalt überaus genossen!

Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di soggiornare presso l'appartamento di Mauro per una settimana. L'appartamento è completo di tutto e le foto sono reali. Ottima la possibilità di pranzare/cenare in veranda. Pulizia ottima. E' stata un'ottima esperienza

Schönes, geräumiges Haus mit freundlichem Gastgeber

Sehr nette Vermieter, das Haus ist gross und geräumig, schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer, ebenerdig eine pflanzenreiche Terrasse mit grossem Esstisch. Steinstrand in 10min. zu Fuss erreichbar, für den Sandstrand benötigt man ein Auto. Der Strand in Santa Marinella ist sehr teuer und überfüllt, in Santa Severa hat es schöne Strandabschnitte die Gratis sind. In 1 Stunde ist man mit dem Zug mitten in Rom ansonsten ist man auf das Auto angewiesen und kann punktuell schöne, historische Ausflüge machen. (Tivoli, Ostia usw...).
