"We arrived late in the evening after a delayed ferry from Barcelona, and it was a relief to find our room ready and waiting for us. Thanks. The hotel surroundings show a bit of winter quietness - the pool empty and the garden in seasonal hibernation - but this also gives the place a calm, unhurried atmosphere. Room 10 was a very pleasant surprise: recently renovated, with a brand-new bathroom, fresh furniture and crisp linens. Everything was spotless, the hot water plentiful, and we slept well. Exactly what you hope for after a long travel day. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the gentleman at the bar prepared excellent cappuccinos, which made for a warm and friendly start to the morning. If time allows, take a walk along the coast in Santa Marinella. There are plenty of charming cafés and restaurants."
