Equipped with a minibar, microwave, quiet mini-split air conditioning, a queen-size pillow-top bed, light and super-soft sheets, blackout curtains, a private bathroom, a shower with hot water, ceiling fans, a Smart TV with Netflix, and Wi-Fi (Starlink Internet—300 Mb and Telmex fibre optic—350 Mb combined in a dual-WAN router with application-specific routing), a safe, and a private screened-in terrace with a sofa, coffee table, and a bistro table with chairs.

One free load of laundry (18 kg washed, dried, and folded) per 7 nights.
