"AVOID AT ALL COSTS - we arrived at this hotel couldn’t find any staff, I wondered around and found a cleaner who checked us in she called the reception staff on the telephone who gave her the key code, so no actual greeting. Didn’t see staff the whole time after this on our 5 day stay, no clean towels or sheets. "Incredible hotel. Very fancy, lovely room, great breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helped me with taxis and translation. I ordered room service during my stay, there was a great selection of meals, it arrived quickly and was delicious. I was only here for two nights during the off season for a wedding, so didn’t experience the pool or much of the local area, so I can only review the hotel itself, and I am incredibly happy with my stay here. I would definitely come back again. "
