"Cuando llegamos no tenían mi reserva registrada, la chica de recepción no dió ninguna solución y no respetaron el precio que aparece en la aplicación de expedia tuvimos que pagar más, después no tenían agua caliente y tardarían en ponerla, por último nuestra ropa de cama estaba sucia, había pelos y polvo, muy desagradable, entra mucha luz y ruido aunque las ventanas estén cerradas junto con las cortinas.
