Excellent customer service, great area and location, very convenient and close to many stores and restaurants. Close access to a beach. Room was really great and room service was great as well it was always kept very clean. Overall it was an amazing experience. Definitely coming back and I will recommend to everyone!!!!

The view from the hotel is amazing! Being up on the hill, there is gorgeous landscape as far as the eye can see. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The grounds are beautifully kept and right now they have lovely lights and decorations for the Christmas season. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, we slept so well! We enjoyed swimming in the pools, again very clean and well kept. The staff were really nice, helpful and pleasant. The hotel is in a fantastic location, about 15-20 min walk to Santa Cruz, or La Crucecita center, or Playa Chahue. We walked everywhere (day and night) and loved it, always felt safe. There's also a large supermarket about 5 min walking distance, which made it so easy to get anything you need. We loved our stay at Princess Mayev hotel and will definitely stay again next time we come to Huatulco!

Overall this hotel was not worth the price. The design of the bedroom was not set up correctly. There is zero privacy when using the restroom. Too small and the view was not worth paying extra. I will not be staying here again.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The front desk staff were great and helped us with any questions. The manager Ricardo was very engaging and checked in with us often to see how our trip and stay were going. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and reasonably priced. Our servers Enrique and Eder were excellent and provided exceptional service. The hotel itself was well located and was a good base for all of exploring. The grounds and facilities were well maintained and we loved spending time at the 2 pools- with a third opening soon. We are hoping to come back soon!

Best Hotel in Huatulco
Our group booked this hotel as our last hotel out of 3 hotels that we stayed at during our 2 week trip. This hotel was the best in regards to location, service, and rooms. Our friends booked a pool walkout suite and the hottub suite while my wife and I booked a private pool suite. All suites were great. The food at the hotel was amazing and very reasonably priced. The staff were welcoming and always friendly. The hotel was located in a great area with beaches and shopping only a 35 peso taxi ride away. I will definitely stay here again.

Loud and no respect for privacy
Housekeeping came into room even after telling them to stay out. Unacceptable invasion of privacy. Additionally, hotel is overlooking major busy road, has music on the opposite side, and construction on another side so all day and night you will have obnoxious noise.

Amazing experience. Day 1 started off bad, construction next door (like 15feet away) 9 hrs of jackhammering. The lady at reception seemed disinterested in moving us and like we were bothering her, not a great day 1. Day 2 we saw a gentleman at reception and he bent over backwards to get us into a room away from the construction noise, a great Amego! From that moment on, it couldn’t have been better! Lucy, Heidi, Carla and the dudes in the restaurant were outstanding, it’s cliche but we really miss them, they felt like family. We can’t wait for our next stay! The pools are beautiful and the birds sing all day. The food at the restaurant is outstanding, no need to go off site.

The Princess Mayev is an impressive place! we stayed there for 6 nights recently! The property is well managed…Staff were professional and always with a smile. Good service at the restaurant and lounge…pool was great..Shout out to the cleaning staff!…great work! Most comfortable stay in HUATULCO! would love to return to this place!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was excellent with an extensive menu and a great view of the bay. Their Christmas decorations where second to none. I've never seen a hotel decorated to such a great degree outside of Vegsa! Great location. Easy access to downtown La Crucecita and Santa Cruz.

Large rooms quite modern, with large balconies and we'll furnished. Large tv with multiple cable channels, most available with English programming. Includes NHL games. The rooms should have a mini fridge, but they don't. Really excellent restaurant with good prices and outstanding food. The swimming pool is quite clean and warm water.

We were in this hotel in 2019. It was very nice but they were working in some construction. Now the stairs need some work because it’s the front face of the hotel. Also the patio chairs at our terrace in front of our room were not that clean. We like this facility very much don’t let it go, cause we want to come back.
