"We stayed one night during our road-trip. The hotel is located by the road with parking right next to the hotel. It was a nice stay for one night.
The receptionist, I think she is called Marianna. Was so so sweet and helped us with what we needed for our very short stay.

Their website specifies “ The library and magazines in your room where you can read about the history of wine, events, cellar tours, tastings and the grape harvest in our vineyard.” There was none of that in the room and was not given information either when checking in. Not sure even if that is only offered during certain times of...

Description of room on site misleading.
This room is Not Luxury.
Would describe as basic Travel Room.
Bed: Poor quality of structure.
We notified host that the Bed "Creeked "Badly " with every Slight movement.
Response " no one else has complained " which does not solve the problem.
We requested a solution & for the host to come to room. Mentioned to a cleaner. No one was willing to attend to our complaint.

"The cleanliness was on point and the cleaning lady was really nice. Reception was alright, but I had to wait 2 days for someone to come and fix the shower cable, after I had told them 3 times.
Even after the shower cable was ‘fixed’ though, there was still water coming out of the shower plate, which developed a small flooding each time I would shower.
That, I had told them too.
They did offer another room, but I was staying just for 3 nights, so I declined.
