Villa Cas Frares is a holiday home in Mallorca located in the charming village of Santa María del Camí. The house is less than 15 minutes by car from the Tramuntana mountain range and 20 minutes from Palma, the island's capital, with a great cultural, gastronomic and leisure offer, which makes it a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing getaway with friends or family.



Villa Cas Frares offers a cosy living room with a relaxation area with a fireplace and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub.



Among other equipment to highlight, the chalet has WiFi connection, air conditioning, television, washing machine, bed linen and towels, kitchen utensils, etc.



Outdoors, you will enjoy a huge private territory with a beautiful garden, a large terrace with a barbecue and dining area, and a swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth: 1.00 - 2.00 m) surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. Villa Cas Frares is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the calm of typical Mallorcan village life.



Santa María de Camí is a charming village with very good Mallorcan cuisine restaurants. Every Sunday morning there is a large street market where you can buy flowers, handicrafts and typical gastronomy such as cakes, ensaimadas, cocarrois, cheese, wines from local brands, etc. Additionally, this area is perfect for wine lovers: one of the best wineries of local brands is located just 13 minutes from Santa María.

Best place for vacation

Solitude and silence, beautiful garden Handling of keys, many keys were handed over, only two fit the lock. They should be labeled. Even the ones that fit are tricky to handle because they don't work if you push them all the way in. It should be possible to fix the window shutters when they are open, otherwise the wind opens and closes them strongly. SAT TV should have access to foreign language channels In the documentation the WIFI key needs to be corrected

Magnifique séjour

Loin des circuits touristiques. La villa se trouve dans une finca où l',on cultive des caroubes. Nuits calmes et tranquilles.Santa Maria del Cami est bien situé au centre de Majorque, ce qui permet d',aller partout très facilement. Les restaurants sont à quelques minutes de voiture seulement.On peut aussi aller à Palma avec le train, ce qui est très agréable.

Het huis is zeer gezellig. Alles aanwezig. Zalig zwembad. Groot en proper.Locatie zeer goed. Met een huurauto geraakten we overal binnen max 30 min.

Perfect secluded family villa location

Traditionally decorated, yet newish, 2 bed villa. Well equipped with gas BBQ and lovely sized pool for 4. Sorted an aircon issue v quickly once reported. Great location for access to W coast and Palma area. Pool furniture very basic, shower over bath only (temp v difficult to maintain) and no kitchen basics (salt/pepper etc) provided. No kid/pool friendly plastic cups/plates provided. Great week spent there.

Perfect and beautiful house in tranquil environment with an amazing scenery

We had a perfect stay at Villa Santa Maria last week! The scenery is amazing with the views on the Alaro twins / Sierra de Tramuntana mountain area and the olive trees and big garden. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The swimming pool is really nice and makes the stay at this villa perfect. The house is located in a tranquil area close to the centre of Santa Maria del Cami, which is a very nice small town which has nice restaurants and great wine. Furthermore, from Santa Maria you can easily travel in only 20 minutes to Palma. Other sightseeing such as Soller is not far, but also if you want to travel all up North or to the East of the island, Santa Maria is nicely located on the island. Regarding the booking, we had very good contact with Benoit. He was super friendly and very helpful prior to our arrival and also during our stay. After we arrived he double checked with us whether everything was going well and if we had any questions at all. Excellent service! We can highly recommend Villa Santa Maria and Slow Villas and as yearly visitors of Mallorca we definitely come back next year!
