VILLA MARIN

Villa Marín is located in Santa María de la Alameda, a municipality in Spain that belongs to the Community of Madrid, situated in the northwestern part of the region, on the southern slope of the Sierra de Guadarrama.

Its municipal area is part of the Historic Territory “El Escorial: Monastery, Site, and Natural and Cultural Surroundings,” designated a Site of Cultural Interest by the Community of Madrid.

It is also included within the Scenic Area of Pinar de Abantos and La Herrería, a protected natural area designated as “ 1961.Es ”—an ideal spot for gathering with family or a group of friends.

The house is located in “La Estación,” near the Renfe commuter train station (just a 5-minute walk away). There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The house has two floors:

• An upper floor with a living-dining room featuring a fireplace, a large terrace with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious full bathroom, and 3 large bedrooms, two of which also have two single beds.

• The ground floor features a large entry hall, a full bathroom, two spacious bedrooms, and a living room.
The outdoor area offers a variety of spaces:


• A chill-out area where you can enjoy music and savour a delicious barbecue or a wood-fired roast.

• A jacuzzi with 5 different treatment and relaxation zones, 44 massage points to turn your spa time into a truly unforgettable experience, and a Clean Water system that constantly mixes ozone into the water to eliminate bacteria. See terms and prices

• Swimming pool.

• Beautiful landscaped areas with lawns where you can enjoy reading or sunbathing.

• Play area with a great foosball table and a trampoline for children.

RATES:

Prices are for the entire house (10 people); the minimum number of guests will be charged even if there are fewer people. Minimum two-night stay.





Check-in starting at; 1:00 PM. Check-out before; 1:00 PM. Other house rules.

The minimum stay is 2 nights. During Christmas, Holy Week, long weekends, and summer, both the price and the minimum number of nights may vary, with the minimum stay potentially ranging from 3 to 5 nights

The reservation deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 15 days in advance

No more people than the number specified in the reservation are permitted to enter the house or the property

Please ensure, during your stay, please respect the neighbors’ quiet hours between midnight and 8 a.m.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house; for security reasons, the property is equipped with video surveillance at the exterior entrances. The security deposit will be refunded within one week of your departure from the house

Unless otherwise authorised, pets are not allowed

The house must be left tidy and in the same condition of cleanliness as when it was handed over

USE OF THE HOT TUB IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5

It is very important to know at what age children can begin using the outdoor spa pool. Until they are 5 years old, do not allow them in the spa pool! According to Red Cross guidelines, children have a different body temperature than adults and their tolerance is also different; therefore, they must be of the appropriate age. Some experts even recommend a MINIMUM AGE OF 12 YEARS and that children ALWAYS BE UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION.
