Small independent house of 65m² on two levels, with sea view, three terraces and large garden typical of the region (in espalier). House with at the high level, ground floor entrance on living room, with sofa, sleeping 2, corner kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Low level, large room with 2 beds, one double, overlooking the terrace.
