Large apartment next to the beach, free parking (Santa Margherita / Portofino)

3 bedrooms apartment with 2 bathrooms, located in the quiet Pedal, a small village close to Santa Margherita on the way to Portofino.
The most beautiful and peaceful place in the area. The flat is in a private road a few steps from the seafront; parking is available next to the door. You can enjoy an amazing view from one of the 3 bedrooms.
One bedroom has a double bed, the others have two single beds
Both the bathrooms have a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle.

A public beach is 50 meters from the apartment: you can bring there your chairs and umbrellas. Private beaches already equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds / chairs are located in the surroundings.

SML/Portofino 2021

Andrea and Lorenzo's property is perfectly situated in between SML and Portofino, making it the ideal location to call home when visiting the Golfo del Tigullio. The property is located a short walk from multiple beach clubs. We stayed for four nights at the beginning of August and could not have asked for a better stay. The home is spacious and clean and great for both families and groups of friends looking to get away. Andrea and Lorenzo were fabulous hosts and made themselves available to answer any questions we had during our stay, and offered wonderful recommendations on activities and restaurants alike. We will be sure to stay here again when visiting SML.

APPARTAMENTO E POSIZIONE PERFETTE

Appartamento davvero molto grande a meno di 100 metri dal mare in una zona verde e tranquilla tra Santa Margherita e Paraggi. Comodissimo il parcheggio disponibile in loco, ma si può arrivare anche in bus dalla stazione di Santa Margherita e che ferma a pochi passi da casa (è lo stesso bus che collega anche Portofino). Una spiaggia libera si trova appena al di là della strada. La posizione è perfetta perché fuori dalla confusione di Santa Margherita. Portofino può essere raggiunta sia con il bus che a piedi con una lunga, ma stupenda camminata. Perfetta la pulizia della casa e della biancheria. Host gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, rapidissimo nelle risposte. Davvero un soggiorno meraviglioso, non vediamo l'ora di tornare.
