"The apartment itself was acceptable inside, but cleanliness was clearly lacking. The building and surrounding area looked extremely run-down – more like Chernobyl than a vacation property. There was an active construction site directly beneath our balcony, causing constant noise and disruption. Most concerning was the balcony railing: the bars had an approximate 15 cm gap, which is a serious safety hazard for small children – they could easily fall through. This is completely unacceptable. "The property is well mainteined. The room was clean with enough space considering it is located in an old Building. It has a little balony with 2 shairs and a table, looking at the interior od the Building. The Hotel have a little Common área with coffee and snacks. The only problem is that there is no advertising of any kind in the outside so you dont know where is it. "
