Villa Es Moli / Son Femenia

Villa Es Moli is located in Santa Margalida (north of Mallorca). Ideal for those who wish to enjoy the tranquility, as it is located in a rural area very close to the sea.

The house was an old typical Mallorcan mill, has a sunny pool and a private garden. It has hammocks, parasols and a beautiful terrace with mountain views.

The house has a living room with satellite TV, full kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with double bed. In the large living room there is a large sofa bed.

Among other things, it has a washing machine, iron, microwave and toaster.



Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 300 in cash will be required to cover any potential damage to property and energy consumption (€ 0.30 / Kw). The deposit minus the amount of energy consumption will be returned to the tenant after the exit inspection if no property damage is observed beyond normal wear.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
