Apartment located in the first floor villa, accessed by garden from the main door of the Villa consisting of two houses, Noemi is the apartment located on the first floor. It consists of living room with satellite kitchen, WIFI, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, terrace with two sun loungers and small table with two armchairs. The apartment is in a very quiet area 400 meters from the beach and near supermarkets, restaurants etc. The center is a 5 minute walk and there is a bus stop 200 meters away,

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Ausstattung und Lage waren für mich perfekt. Es gab jederzeit einen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Luis war sehr gut. Ich habe in der Wohnung 3 Wochen verbracht und würde sie jederzeit wieder mieten.

Very good location, close to beach and grocery stores. Awesome owner, very easy to communicate in any language (ENG, GER)! Very nice neighborhood with other tourists and local citizens, very nice for family - no party's in area, so very peaceful and quite on evenings! Loved it, will be back!

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage zum Strand

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Hier und da könnte man sich wünschen, das vielleicht mal etwas erneuert wird, z.b. Duschvorhang. Das Geschirr in der Küche war teilweise etwas schmutzig. Einiges alles etwas abgenutzt. Das ist ja aber auch immer Ansichtssache. Vermieter war sehr nett. Es hat ansonsten alles geklappt. Schön ist der kurze Gehweg zum Strand und in den Ort. Man ist in 5 Min. da.

Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, ruhige Lage, Blick aufs Meer (ca.600 m), schöne schattige Terasse, freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Jederzeit wieder!

Ho soggiornato presso l'appartamento dal 18 luglio al 27 , be che dire , posizione ottima , un quartiere stupendo e silenzioso , 5 minuti a piedi da una delle spiagge più belle dell'isola ,comoda a tutti i servizi , trasporti,locali, ristoranti , bar. LUIS il proprietario ci ha accolti nel suo ristorante per la cena al nostro arrivo , dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo , uno dei ristoranti migliori , dopodiché ci ha accompagnati alla casa, noi abbiamo affittato l ' appartamento al primo piano : pulito , ordinato , completo ,con wifi,non mancava nulla.
