The fabulous and cozy vacation home "Aurore" for 4 people is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Can Picafort. Right at the entrance of the house there is a furnished terrace for a pleasant breakfast or dinner outdoors.The house is very bright, it has a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living-dining room. The house is very close to all local facilities and beach but is still quiet and relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need and more and the roof top is lovely. We would definitely stay again .

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very nice. Clean and well equipped and comfortable. The roof terrace proved an excellent sun trap and you can walk straight down to the beach in a matter of moments. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely basic accommodation in a local traditional neighbourhood close to amenities

Loved the local feel. Great easy and close to bars, shops, beach and supermarket. Could do with some wine and beer glasses. Also 2 more loungers for the roof top terrace.

A very pleasant stay in a very pleasant resort.

Lovely local neighbourhood location. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach front, bars, restaurants and shops. Large supermarket just a few minutes walk. As a group of 4 from the uk we could have done with more larger Coffee and tea mugs. It would have been nice to also have some wine glasses as well as the small tumblers. It was nice to be able to lie on the rooftop terrace but there were only 2 loungers.

Bella posizione in un quartiere tranquillo

L'alloggio è in una bella posizione a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, vicino a tanti negozi, ristoranti e supermercati raggiungibili a piedi. L'alloggio risponde alle foto pubblicate, è grande con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni ben attrezzati, 2 terrazze una al primo piano con tavolo e sedie e una al piano superiore con ombrellone e lettini per prendere il sole. La zona è molto tranquilla ed è possibile parcheggiare davanti l'appartamento o in altre zone vicine sempre gratuitamente. Abbiamo apprezzato il kit di benvenuto e soprattutto la torta (buonissima!). In generale il feedback è stato positivo e la consigliamo. Per chi vuole girare l'isola è consigliabile noleggiare un'auto con cui spostarsi ed arrivare anche nella capitale e nelle tante calette, località e spiagge che circondono tutta l'isola.

Sehr schönes Haus

Können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Objekt besitz zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche entgegen der Beschreibung. Liegt zwar als Eckhaus an der Straße mit stellenweise regen Durchgangsverkehr für uns nicht störend. Lage zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Werden es wieder mieten.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Haus hat laut Beschreibung ein Badezimmer komplett und eine Toilette mit Waschbecken. Die vorhandene Dusche ist nicht erwähnt. Beschreibung müsste man abändern. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr schön inklusive Ausstattung. Jederzeit zu empfehlen. Im Hauptschlafzimmer unter dem Fenster sond Flecken. Könnte Schimmel sein und müsste Bearbeitet werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank für den netten Empfang und die gute Betreuung.

Me ha gustado mucho la casa es muy acogedora , la comodidad de las camas sobretodo, la ubicación es muy buena y en una zona tranquila, el servicio de la agencia ha sido muy bueno ,si tengo que decir algo que se podría mejorar tal vez sería la hora de salida que es muy temprano ( 10am ) pero por lo demás todo muy bien, sin duda repetiremos ️ Tal vez la hora de salida porque creo que es muy temprano ( 10 h ) pero por lo demás es un excelente servicio

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Aurora ha sido fantástica, no solo por el alojamiento como tal, que respondía sobradamente a lo publicado en el anuncio, sino también por la implicación y dedicación de Aurora, su propietaria. Siempre pendiente de cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos, con respuestas rápidas y muy eficientes (se estropeó el frigorífico y al día siguiente trajeron uno nuevo).

Appartement très propre et spacieux.

Idéalement placé au sein de Can Picafort, un peu à l'écart de la zone touristique pour être au calme et à la fois à 3 minutes à pied du front de Mer. Une boulangerie locale et fréquentée par les espagnoles est présente à 2 minutes ce qui est top ! Les deux terrasses sont très agréables en ce mois de mai. A recommander sans hésitation.

Gute Unterkunft an super Standort

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut problemlos und es gab je eine Flasche Wasser & Sekt sowie einen selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und mitten im Geschehen. Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig. Angesichts des Standorts und des Preises ist dies aber völlig okay.
