  • There is beautiful and welcoming country house in Santa Margarita. It is designed for the comfort and welfare of those clients who would like enjoy their privacy. It has an area of 14,000 square meters of which 3,000 of them are for your enjoyment.

    There are different kinds of trees such as almond trees and olives trees that give a touch of intimacy. The swimming pool is surrounded by grass and it measures 9x 3, 80 mts. There is a barbecue, a big terrace with furniture and an ideal porch to watching the wonderful sunsets.

    The house measures 78 square meters. There is one big bedroom with tow beds (and one single bed). The room is very bright air-conditioned; it has two windows overlooking the courtyard. There is also a bathroom with towels and a hairdryer. A kitchen full equipped. There is also a living room with TV set and extra channels.
