It features two cosy bedrooms and a bathroom. One has a double bed and one has two single. The property’s distribution has an open-plan living/ dining area with a well-equipped kitchen that enhances the area’s appeal.
Unwind and enjoy the charming views of the bay on the outdoor patio, surrounded by beautiful bougainvillaea flowers. Whether you choose to spend the day at the beach or at home, we’ve thought about every detail that could improve your stay! The property has an individual cooling and heating system in the living area and main bedroom that offers the perfect temperature throughout the year, free Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment and parking space.

Encantadora casita de una planta, con dos habitaciones, con porche delantero y trasero con un pequeño jardín. Camas muy cómodas, cocina bien equipada y un baño algo pequeño. Al lado de la playa de Son Serra de la Marina, sitio super tranquilo al lado de una de las mejores playas de Mallorca. FAMILIAR Y TRANQUILO TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE

Top-Lage, tolle Unterkunft mit Luft nach oben

Diese Ferienwohnung ist nur 50 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Perfekt, um morgens nach dem Aufstehen mit Kaffeetasse kurz zum Meer zu gehen und den Sonnenaufgang anzuschauen. Nur wenige Schritte neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, der die wichtigsten Lebensmittel führt. Die Ferienwohnung hat zwei Terassen, von denen eine ein klein wenig Meerblick hat. Richtig gut fanden wir den geräumigen Kühlschrank und den Webergrill auf einer der Terassen. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es zwei Parkplätze und eine Außendusche. Die Ferienwohnung könnte erste Klasse sein, ist aber leider nicht gepflegt und in Schuss: Die Spülmaschine ist rostig und Dichtungen sind locker. Die Kaffeemaschine ist defekt, die Hängematte an einer Seite gerissen. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer läuft zwar, hat aber - im Gegensatz zu der im Schlafzimmer - keinen kühlenden Effekt. Eine Fenstertür lässt sich nicht schließen; zumindest kann sie aber über den Fenstertürladen geschlossen werden. Wirklich sicher fühlt sich das aber nicht an. Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sprach perfektes Englisch und hat jederzeit schnell geantwortet.
