The staff were all very nice. Breakfast was tasty with a good coffee machine. The pool was out of service but offered the use of a pool at another property. A little inconvenient but nice that they had that available.
The only issue I had was the temperature of the room in the evenings. If I left the window cracked open. The sounds of others doors opening and closing could be loud even with the exhaust fan in the bathroom left running. With the window closed it didn’t seem like the air conditioning did much even when set to 18 C

Accessible room was small with no desk, no telephone, no room service, no face cloths, shower room was large but had all toiletries were stacked on back of large wash hand basin which made them out of reach for someone in a wheelchair.
