"We stayed 2 nights hotel staff,location and cleanliness all great.Silly things not so great for a 4 star hotel . Breakfast bacon was cold eggs pre cooked and left. In the room toilet roll is near on transparent Water glasses were paper cups. Also no tea spoons just tiny sticks ."
